My Backpack

These are the Tools & Essentials that are in my backpack thus far:

  • Exercise - Cardio work on a treadmill a minimum of three times per week is just good sense.
  • Nutritionally Better Eating - Fewer calories + fewer fat grams = lost weight and better health
  • Food Journal - Allows me to see what I'm actually consuming each day and to eat better nutritionally
  • Patience - It's a JOURNEY not a sprint
  • Scale - One method of checking my progress
  • Activity Journal - Allows me to see how much movement I do each day
